Psychotherapy (Ages 12-Adult).
Our approach to psychotherapy is integrative and draws from the theoretical framework of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, existential psychology and mindfulness. Our therapy services match the appropriate therapeutic approach for what the client is undergoing. In addition, utilizing the mind-body perspective, we encourage client's to understand the dynamics between their physical, interpersonal, and emotional health. We work with our clients in a collaborative manner and are engaging and practical in our approach.
